This project documents everyday life in Gaza during the 2024–2025 invasion, with a particular focus on civilians and on the work of medical staff inside hospitals. It observes how daily life continues under constant violence, shortage, and uncertainty.
The photographs show ordinary moments shaped by emergency: people waiting, moving, caring for one another, and adapting to a reality where danger is permanent. Alongside civilian life, the project documents doctors, nurses, and medical teams working under extreme pressure in overwhelmed hospitals, where lack of resources, mass casualties, and continuous influx of wounded redefine medical practice.
Rather than isolating moments of destruction, the work focuses on continuity. It bears witness to how life and care persist inside a system pushed beyond its limits, revealing the human cost of war and the quiet determination of those who continue to work, heal, and survive despite it.
